Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Reporting Manager to oversee the firm's client and investor reporting infrastructure. This role involves leading a team responsible for client portals, investor reporting, and alternative investment data. The ideal candidate will be innovative, forward-looking, and passionate about optimizing workflows and delivering exceptional reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the firm’s reporting tools and systems.
2. Lead a team supporting investor reports, client portals, and alternative investment reporting.
3. Collaborate with the CTO to improve platforms, integrations, and data workflows.
4. Partner with internal reporting and operations teams to resolve inquiries and improve reporting outputs.
5. Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and develop solutions collaboratively across the firm.
6. Ensure reporting standards align with firm goals and meet compliance and service-level expectations.
7. Assist in creating and partnering with practice management for training and best practices.

Skills and Experience:

1. 3-5 years of experience in reporting, data operations, or client-facing investment reporting roles.
2. Experience with client portal technologies and alternative investment reporting is preferred.
3. Strong leadership and project management skills.
