Job summary

Experis, part of ManpowerGroup, is seeking a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions to enable data-driven decisions.

You will build complex data models, KPIs, and DAX measures, develop scalable GCP ingestion pipelines, optimize processing workflows, and support SPC reporting for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building Power BI solutions with strong data modeling and visualization best practices.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery and cloud-native services.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data engineering concepts.
• Experience delivering enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and reports for executive audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
