Job summary

Mettler Toledo is seeking an organized data/reporting professional to support Marketing programs, lead management, CRM administration, and reporting. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Service to ensure data accuracy and efficient processes.

You will extract and analyze CRM data, prepare dashboards and presentations, and oversee the PI-US lead-entry process. Strong Excel skills and SAP Power User experience are preferred. This role emphasizes data integrity and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Business.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Text to Columns).
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Extract, organize, and analyze CRM data to evaluate marketing campaign performance and set future targets.
• Prepare summaries, dashboards, presentations, charts, and graphs.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping processes, systems, and data running smoothly? Join our Marketing team and play a key role in supporting reporting, lead management, CRM administration, and marketing programs. This position partners with Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and timely reporting.

• Extract, organize, and analyze CRM data to evaluate marketing campaign performance and establish future targets.
• Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, presentations, charts, and graphs.
• Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Text to Columns.
• Oversee the PI-US lead-entry process, including data accuracy, issue resolution, team support, and communication with Sales and Service.
• Serve as the SAP Power User for pre-sales lead processes.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and assign system roles to new users.
• Manage Demonstration Bus Program data, including driver logs, fuel receipts, sales surveys, and quarterly tax filings.
• Prepare data for CRM uploads and identify opportunities to automate routine processes.
• Improve reporting, analysis, and data-management procedures.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
