Job summary

Minnesota Department of Administration is seeking a Report Developer to provide analytical support for MMCAP Infuse data. You will construct core and ad hoc reports, build and maintain dashboards for leadership, staff, and members, and supply analytics portal content.

The role requires data navigation, query writing, Excel mastery, and strong communication of complex information to diverse audiences. Telework up to 50% is available with occasional onsite attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience navigating complex data flows, including retrieval, manipulation, and delivery from multiple disparate sources into a business-friendly output.
• Skill in designing, writing, and testing data queries.
• Ability to determine reliable sources to complete research projects on topics related to GPO industry.
• Ability to communicate complex information to varied audiences with different technical understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to extract and manipulate data and create reports.
• Strong analytical skills to extract/manipulate data, create reports, and identify actionable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support of data used by MMCAP Infuse by constructing core and ad hoc reports.
• Build and maintain core dashboards and reporting for MMCAP leadership, staff and members.
• Provide web portal content related to analytics and reporting and conduct research, data mining, and complex analyses.
