Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a motivated Reporting Analyst for a 12-month hybrid role in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will drive reporting strategy, analyze metrics, and communicate findings to stakeholders while supporting both remote and in-person meetings.

Qualifications include a BA/related field and strong Excel/data analysis skills, with experience translating complex reports for non-technical audiences and collaborating with client/account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• Experience turning data into meaningful analysis and presenting to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and create reports meeting business needs
• Analyze data, develop observations, test reports, and obtain stakeholder sign-off
• Prepare adhoc analyses and develop reports to support requirements and improve processes
• Collaborate with another BA to capture and manage requirements and SOPs
• Work with developers and architect to design system concepts from business and technical perspectives
