Job summary

The University of Miami's Quality Improvement and Data Analytics team seeks a BI Report Developer 2 to deliver BI reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and metadata layers. This role is regarded as a SME in BI Reporting, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Epic reporting tools.

You will design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards, work with ETL and IT to identify source data, assess reporting needs, and document training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• SQL Reporting and Epic Cogito/Clarity proficiency preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant BI experience required.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong Excel data analysis and SQL Server knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards.
• Configure metadata objects and explore reporting needs.
• Collaborate with ETL and IT on data source systems.
• Estimate project timelines and document training materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and updates.
