Position Summary:

The Report/Data Analyst will combine data reporting expertise with essential data engineering responsibilities, ensuring data integrity, transformation, and accessibility for critical business insights. The role involves extensive work with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake, and proficiency in ETL processes and data cleaning techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Fabric dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data using tools like Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, transformation, and normalization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and refine data solutions.
• Apply data governance, security, and best practices across reporting and data engineering efforts.
• Leverage knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and SCRUM methodology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Python, or other data processing frameworks.
• Prior experience in finance, healthcare, or e-commerce industries.
• Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric are a plus.
