Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Repo Operations experience in a broker-dealer.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with fixed income products is required.

Aufgaben

• Support multiple funding desks across fixed income products, managing position, pricing, and funding across entities.
• Assist with trade processing, reprices, re-rates, rolls, substitution, and reconciliation.
• Contribute to developing new trading strategies and operational workflows.
• Support financing types: repo, tri-party, sec lending, buy-sell backs, Fed settlement, and related markets.
• Cultivate relationships with the business to maximize funding and compliance.
