Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teammates in fast-changing environments.
• Able to direct and motivate a diverse team including full-time and part-time staff.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities and assign tasks.
• Ensure down stocking based on sales priority.
• Locate excess product in backstock and capstock.
• Process pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Ensure all merchandise is processed by end of shift.
• Return carts and maintain clean work areas by shift end.
• Notify leaders about out-of-stock or fast-selling items.
• Collaborate with Logistics to improve processes and team performance.
• Support Logistics and Yard teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean receiving area.
