Job summary

Fleet Farm in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Replenishment Team Lead to oversee stocking from capstock and backroom to shelves, working with Store Management and Zone Leads to prioritize merchandise based on demand.

You will train and supervise the replenishment team, assign daily tasks, manage pick lists, ensure all items are stocked or binned, and collaborate on process improvements while maintaining a clean receiving area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
• Plan and prioritize the Replenishment Team's daily activities and assign tasks.
• Ensure down stocking of all product based on sales priority.
• Ensure extra product is properly located to a bin in capstock and backstock.
• Responsible for fulfilling generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Ensure all merchandise is processed by end of shift.
• Return all warehouse carts and recover work areas to standards by end of shift.
• Notify Team Leads or Management regarding out-of-stock or fast selling merchandise.
• Collaborates with Logistics Manager to implement process improvements and evaluate team performance.
• Assist Logistics and Yard Team as needed based on business needs.
