Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities and assign tasks.
• Ensure down stocking of products based on sales priority.
• Locate excess merchandise in capstock and backstock.
• Fulfill generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Process all merchandise by end of shift.
• Restore order to work areas and recover carts by shift end.
• Notify management of out-of-stock or fast-selling items.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to implement improvements.
• Assist Logistics and Yard teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area.
