Pfsbrands is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Replenishment to manage inventory levels across assigned categories and suppliers. The role supports service level targets and collaborates with Procurement Operations to ensure timely customer orders.

You will handle PO management, forecast lead times, and safety stock calculations while monitoring KPIs such as service level and days-on-hand. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• APICS/ CPM certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels for assigned items and categories.
• Execute purchase orders and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor KPI dashboards (Service Level, DIOH, E&O, spoilage) and escalate with actions.
