Core-Mark in Columbus, OH is seeking a Replenishment Operator to maintain product availability in forward pick locations across the distribution center. You will operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Lift, transfer pallets from reserve to picking zones, and ensure timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment (e.g., forklift).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Lift to retrieve and place palletized product.
• Replenish forward pick locations from reserve storage based on demand.
• Maintain sufficient product in pick locations to support continuous selection.
• Accurately scan product and locations using RF handheld devices.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations before replenishment moves.
• Transport pallets safely between reserve and forward pick locations.
• Prioritize replenishment work based on operational needs.
• Respond promptly to empty or low pick locations to maintain productivity.
• Inspect pallets and product for damage and report issues.
• Park, charge, and secure powered equipment; keep area clean and safe.
