Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Replenishment Operator to ensure product availability in forward pick locations across the distribution center. You will move products from reserve storage to picking areas using a Narrow Aisle Reach Lift, supporting warehouse productivity and order readiness.

The role requires strong equipment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Shift starts at 11:00 AM, Monday to Thursday, with a pay of $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to operate in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Able to obtain powered equipment certifications such as forklift operation.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Narrow Aisle Reach Lift to retrieve and place palletized product within warehouse racking.
• Replenish forward pick locations from reserve storage locations based on demand and system directions.
• Maintain sufficient product in pick locations to support continuous selection and minimize downtime.
• Accurately scan product and locations using RF handheld devices.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations before replenishment moves.
• Prioritize replenishment work based on needs and guidance from leadership.
• Inspect pallets and product for damage and report safety issues.
