Job summary

Pilkington North America Inc. Columbus operation in Urbancrest, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support daily production and ensure orders are completed safely and on time. You will supervise warehouse staff, run production reports, and coordinate tasks across the shift.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic Microsoft Office, SAP and COPS knowledge, and strong teamwork. This safety-sensitive position offers an hourly wage of $18.00–$20.00 plus shift premium and a comprehensive

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills required.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Ability to exercise independent judgment on shift operations.
Proficient English communication (verbal and written).
Demonstrated SAP and intermediate COPS knowledge.
Experience with materials handling equipment and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

Assist Operations Manager and Warehouse Shift Supervisor with daily shift operations.
Ensure orders and tasks are completed timely and accurately by warehouse staff.
Run production reports and assign tasks; monitor safety and incident reporting.
Support training for temporary and regular employees and act as a liaison on shift.
