Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Distribution Center Lead in Groveport, OH to supervise daily warehouse operations on the second shift, coach staff, and drive efficiency. The role includes overtime as needed and a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior lead/supervisor experience in logistics, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team on the warehouse floor. Pay is $26–$28 per hour with full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Lead/ supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and hold team members accountable.
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems is a plus.
• Able to work on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and customer-service goals.
• Coaching and supporting associates throughout the shift.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production metrics.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Train and onboard new employees.
• Communicate shift priorities and updates to the team.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control and accuracy initiatives.
• Collaborate with management on attendance, performance, and employee relations.
