Job summary

Rooms To Go is seeking a Replenishment Analyst to partner with merchandising, supply chain, and showroom teams to ensure the right products are available to meet customer demand. You will analyze inventory from overseas vendors through Rooms To Go distribution centers, monitor stock levels and replenishment needs, and support showroom assortment and planograms to optimize product availability.

Occasional travel to showroom locations will be required and strong Excel skills are essential for data

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail inventory planning or replenishment, or related field.
• Experience with home furnishings or multi-attribute products preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory flow from overseas vendors to distribution centers.
• Analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and replenishment needs.
• Balance inventory across attributes and optimize availability.
