Rooms To Go Corporate is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT team. You will provide first-level troubleshooting and support to the internal organization, acting as the main point of contact for staff IT issues.

The role supports users across Rooms To Go Stores, Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, Corporate Centers, and remote users in the US and Puerto Rico. We offer comprehensive benefits and a training-focused, growth-oriented environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support to the internal organization as the main point of contact for IT support needs
