Rooms To Go is seeking a Business Operations Specialist for Merchandising to support the Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales teams. The role emphasizes organization, process improvement, and dependable coordination in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage priorities, coordinate workflows, prepare materials in Excel and PowerPoint, and help with showroom planning and travel logistics. Independent work with remote collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in office administration, business operations, or project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting a fast-paced team with competing priorities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development and launch activities from planning through execution.
• Anticipate needs and communicate to keep projects moving forward.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between multiple teams.
• Maintain project timelines and track deliverables.
• Prepare detailed Excel and PowerPoint materials for meetings.
• Organize product information and merchandising resources.
• Support showroom planning and logistics; travel less than 10%.
