Job summary

South Brunswick Public Schools seeks a substitute teacher for a 3rd Grade Multiple Disabilities Classroom at Greenbrook Elementary School. The teacher will plan and deliver instruction aligned to district curriculum and IEPs, monitor progress, and supervise two paraprofessionals.

The position is tied to Kelly Education with a daily rate of $125–$200 and is intended for the 2026-2027 term. Experience with MDC settings is a plus, and K-6 certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• NJ Elementary Education Certification and Special Education Certification required/perferred.

Description:

This is a replacement position for a 3rd Grade Multiple Disabilities Classroom. Responsible for all planning and instruction as per district curriculum, IEPs, progress monitoring and overseeing the adults in the room. The classroom has 2 paraprofessionals to assist the teacher.

Qualifications:

• NJ Elementary Education Certifications/ Special Education Certification.
• All of our elementary schools house students through 5th grade.
• For elementary teaching positions, K-6 certifications are preferred.

Experience:

Preferred but not necessary.

2026-2027 Terms of Employment:
