Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Replacement Properties Specialist to support applicants in the R3 and SFM programs. You will guide clients through property searches, eligibility criteria, and market conditions, acting as the primary point of contact.

You will collaborate with real estate professionals, program staff, and stakeholders to identify suitable properties, coordinate documentation, and support through to closing, with a hybrid work arrangement in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate processes or related field.
• Knowledge of residential real estate transactions, including searches, appraisals, inspections, closings.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case/document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for applicants throughout the replacement property search and acquisition process.
• Identify and screen potential replacement properties per program requirements.
• Provide guidance on property eligibility, documentation, timelines and housing options.
• Assist with valuations, appraisals, inspections, title matters, and closing preparation.
• Coordinate with applicants, sellers, real estate agents, appraisers, inspectors and program staff.
• Perform market research and stay updated on local housing availability and pricing.
