Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Service Operations professional for the Customer Operations team. You will support core customer service processes including order entry, contract administration, pricing, rebates, returns, and escalation handling.
The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work from home with occasional office visits in the LaVergne, TN area. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to success.
What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Operations is responsible for core customer operation processes. These can include customer and vendor contract administration; customer and vendor pricing, rebates, unexpected returns, order entry and processing, customer set up and account maintenance, and servicing customer escalation requests.
Demonstrates knowledge of customer service processes, return policies, systems, controls, and work streams. Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.
