Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a Customer Support Specialist – Repairs to manage repair approvals, BER evaluations, and outsource repair requests at our Arlington, TX site. You will serve as the main contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and accurate order processing.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining detailed records in company systems. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, on-site location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Process repair approvals, quotes, and authorizations.
• Update customers on repair status and order progression.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
