Homeward is seeking a Repairs Project Manager to own repair performance for an assigned portfolio of homes and act as the construction SME for repair scoping, pricing, and vendor coordination. You will drive repairs quickly with quality and cost discipline, partnering with market teams, approved vendors, and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience or hands-on housing experience.
• Ability to negotiate bids with contractors and hold partners accountable.
• Strong judgment and decision-making under tight timelines.
• Experience coordinating multiple properties in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own repair performance for an assigned pod/portfolio from vacancy through Make Ready and through the property lifecycle.
• Serve as construction SME for repair scoping, pricing, questions, and escalations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-spec repairs at right cost and quality.
• Lead emergency repair coordination and rapid vendor dispatch to mitigate damages.
• Manage insurance claims documentation and vendor communications through resolution.
