Homeward Health is seeking a Repairs Project Manager to own repair performance for an assigned portfolio, acting as the construction SME for scoping, pricing, and coordinating with vendors. You will drive timely, cost-effective repairs while ensuring high quality and ROI, partnering with market teams, approved vendors, and Property Coordinators.

This remote-first role requires decisive judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple properties in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential repair or renovation projects.
• Ability to assess repair scopes and price proposals.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work with contractors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own repair performance for a portfolio from vacancy to Make Ready and through the property's lifecycle.
• Act as construction SME for scoping, pricing, vendor questions, complex repairs, and escalations.
• Review repair scopes for necessity and ROI; ensure alignment with Homeward standards.
• Negotiate vendor pricing, apply pricing tables, and solicit bids when appropriate.
• Make field decisions to enable timely, cost-effective repairs and reduce return trips.
• Lead Market Sale repairs with fast scoping and coordination.
