Qualifications

• Hands-on residential construction or renovation experience.
• Ability to review scopes, negotiate with vendors, and manage pricing.
• Comfort making decisions with imperfect information and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own repair performance for assigned portfolio from vacancy to Make Ready and through lifecycle.
• Act as construction SME for scoping, pricing, questions, and escalations.
• Review scopes for necessity, scope accuracy, and ROI alignment.
• Negotiate pricing, apply NTE limits, and solicit bids when appropriate.
• Lead emergency repairs, coordinate vendor dispatch, and communicate with stakeholders.
