Qualifications

• Welding degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual weld repairs on assemblies.
• Operate and manage robotic laser and assembly cells.
• Support production activities before ramp-up (fabrication, tooling, maintenance support).
• Train future Repair Weld Operators as the department grows.
• Maintain quality checks and document QC results.
• Transport materials and maintain clean work areas.
