Job summary

Dalton Ag, a premier fertilizer application equipment manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Robot Welder to setup and operate welding robots, producing high-quality welds on steel parts.

The role requires at least 2 years of robotic welding experience, ability to read blueprints, perform basic measurements, and maintain tools and equipment in a safe, efficient manner in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; welding certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating a robotic welder.
• Must pass basic MIG welding test.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welder and monitor program sequencing.
• Set up tooling and prepare material for welding.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality using calipers and gauges.
• Load and unload material; manage machine lubrication and cooling.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the welding area.
