Job summary

Zebra Technologies is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Assembler in the United States. The role involves setup, testing, and modular level repair of whole units, with emphasis on meeting production goals and quality standards.

Under minimal supervision, you will use basic data collection and standard procedures to troubleshoot electronic modules, while wearing PPE and adhering to safety guidelines. The position offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment on the production line.

Qualifications

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Under minimal supervision, perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes.

Pay rate is 22.00 per hour.

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
