Zebra Technologies in Bentonville, AR is seeking a production assembler to perform setup, testing and modular level repair of whole units, following established procedures.

You will maintain records, use custom software testing suites to diagnose hardware failures, and support production goals. The role requires basic math, manual dexterity and the ability to stand on the production line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Less than 1 year of work experience.
• Basic testing and troubleshooting per procedures.

What We're Looking For

Under minimal supervision, perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Work Experience: Less than 1 year

Key Skills And Competencies

• Experience as a production assembler, having performed assembly operations to required quality levels and job standards.
• Some knowledge of computers and test equipment is required.
• Manual dexterity and visual coordination are required.
• Prior use of various hand tools.
• Ability to stand and sit on production line throughout the shift.

Pay: $17.25 per hour

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
