Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a production-focused technician to perform basic functionality tests and modular repairs on electronic units. You will collect data, follow procedures, and ensure adherence to production goals on the line.

Responsibilities include setup, testing, diagnosis, and recordkeeping while using voltmeters and test fixtures. Strong teamwork and manual dexterity are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• General math skills.
• Experience as a production assembler performing assembly to required quality levels.
• Some knowledge of computers and test equipment is required.
• Manual dexterity and visual coordination are required.
• Prior use of various hand tools.
• Ability to stand and sit on production line throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For:

Under minimal supervision, perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Work Experience: Less than 1 year

Pay and Incentives

Pay: $17.25 per hour

Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
