Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation in Bentonville, AR is seeking an entry-level production tester/assembler. You will perform setup, testing and modular repairs on whole units, and maintain detailed records of repairs.

You will diagnose hardware with specialized software, identify failures, and follow engineering changes to ensure quality and efficiency on the production line. The role requires basic math, some knowledge of computers/testing equipment, and hand-tool experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Less than 1 year of work experience.
• General math skills are required.
• Experience as a production assembler meeting quality standards.
• Some knowledge of computers and test equipment is required.
• Manual dexterity and visual coordination are required.
• Prior use of various hand tools is expected.
• Ability to stand and sit on the production line throughout the shift.
• Works well with others.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

Under minimal supervision, perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes.

Job Requirements

• Experience as a production assembler, having performed assembly operations to required quality levels and job standards
• Some knowledge of computers and test equipment is required
• Manual dexterity and visual coordination are required

Pay:

$17.25 per hour

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
