Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Bentonville, AR is seeking a production assembler/repair technician for 2nd shift. Under minimal supervision you will perform setup, testing and modular repairs to whole units, and maintain accurate records of repairs on the production line.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), familiarity with basic math, and comfort with hand tools and test equipment. Pay is $17.25 per hour, with incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits program.

What We're Looking For

Under minimal supervision, perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes.

This is a 2nd Shift Position Sun-Thur 3pm-11:30pm

• Manual dexterity and visual coordination are required.
• Prior use of various hand tools.
• Ability to stand and sit on production line throughout the shift.

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
