Zebra Technologies in Bentonville, AR is hiring for an entry-level production assembler role. Under minimal supervision, you'll perform basic functionality tests and help repair electronic modules, while keeping clear records of your work.

You will use voltmeters and test fixtures, follow established procedures, and contribute to meeting production goals. This role is ideal for someone with a high school diploma or GED and an interest in electronics, tools, and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; preferred but not required.
• Less than 1 year of work experience.
• Able to stand or sit on the production line for the full shift.
• Basic math skills and ability to work with hand tools.
• Familiarity with measurement and testing equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Performs setup, testing and modular level repair to whole units.
• Maintains accurate record keeping for individual repairs.
• Uses custom software testing suites to diagnose/validate hardware failure.
• Recognizes failures, follows engineering changes, and determines appropriate action.
• Uses equipment such as a voltmeter, computer, and special test fixtures.
• Maintains production and quality output standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Under minimal supervision, perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Work Experience: Less than 1 year

Key Skills And Competencies

• General math skills
• Experience as a production assembler, having performed assembly operations to required quality levels and job standards.
• Some knowledge of computers and test equipment is required.
• Manual dexterity and visual coordination are required.
• Prior use of various hand tools.
• Ability to stand and sit on production line throughout the shift.
• Works well with others

Pay: $17.25 per hour

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
