Atlanta Flooring Design Centers Inc. seeks a Cabinet Repair Technician to address customer concerns and perform repair, touch up, and punch work on installation projects.

This field-based role requires local travel and owning a vehicle, with company-provided device for reporting. Preferred candidates have cabinet repair experience, strong interpersonal skills, and clear written and verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Good written communication, time management and professional conduct.
• Verbal fluency in English; Spanish preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive own vehicle.
• Must have satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Address customer and homeowner concerns regarding installation services and materials.

• Perform repair, touch up and punch work; field-based with local travel.

Job description

The Cabinet Repair Technician is expected to address customer and homeowner concerns regarding the installation services and materials AFDC provides our builders. Repair Technicians serve the critical function of satisfying repair, touch up and punch work for our customers. They are also expected to report non-compliant installation practices to Atlanta Flooring's Installation department for training opportunities and back charges. This position is a field-based position that does require local travel (no overnight travel). This role works with mobile technology such as a company-owned iPad and iPhone for reporting and communication purposes. Other required duties may be assigned.Candidates for this position must have previous experience in cabinet repairs. He or she must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with variety of personalities. Good written communication skills, time management, professional speech, and behavior are all required for this position. Verbal fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred but is not required. The candidate must have reliable transportation, as Flooring Repair Technicians are required to drive their own vehicle for work.
