Job summary

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers is seeking a Cabinet Repair Technician to address customer concerns regarding installation services and materials. This field-based role requires local travel and use of company devices for reporting and communication.

Candidates should have cabinet repair experience, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse personalities. Verbal fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous cabinet repair experience is required
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities and provide good customer service
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle for work

Responsibilities

• Address customer and homeowner concerns regarding installation services and materials
• Perform repair, touch up and punch work as needed
• Report non-compliant installation practices to Installation department for training
• Travel locally as required by the role and use company devices for reporting
