Job summary

Great Floors, a subsidiary of Artisan Design Group (ADG), seeks a Cabinet Service Technician to service and repair cabinets, moldings, and trim at active job sites. You will perform touch-ups, measure installations, and coordinate with builders and project teams to ensure quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in the cabinet industry, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinet industry or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned communities and build trust with builders and superintendents.
• Inspect cabinet installations within 48 hours of completion.
• Measure cabinets, confirm drawings, and verify plumbing locations; perform partial installs and touch-ups.
• Collect walk sheets from warehouse, order parts, and update the system with notes.
• Deliver materials to sites when needed and communicate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate with Director of Cabinetry on outstanding issues and necessary adjustments.
