Surface Experts is hiring a Repair Technician to join our hands-on team in Round Rock, TX. You will drive to customer sites, perform surface repairs in under two hours, and deliver world-class customer service with a focus on quality and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, can identify and match colors, and are open to learning. We offer paid training, advancement tracks, a benefits package, and a schedule with no weekends or late shifts.

Qualifications

• Be open to learn.
• Enjoy working on your own.
• Have experience working with your hands - Could come varied sources: construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.

Responsibilities

• Drive to our customers to perform the jobs scheduled for the day
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
• Communicate with the support team if questions arise
