Job summary

Bitdeer Group is seeking a Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot electronic hardware used in mining equipment. You will work hands-on with SealMiners power supplies and related boards, performing precision soldering and testing to restore functionality.

Ideal candidates have strong electrical knowledge, enjoy problem solving, and communicate clearly with teammates. The role requires a proactive, ownership-driven approach and the ability to handle multiple repair projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of repair experience.
• Experience soldering precision components and confidently using oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering irons, and hot air stations.
• Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to learn advanced circuit board troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently solve technical challenges.
• A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to think critically.
• Goal-oriented, driven by accomplishment, and excited to tackle new challenges.

Responsibilities

• You'll be working on SealMiners, Air and Hydro A2 and A3, PSU's for SealMiners.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective hash boards returned by customers and identified through testing.
• Partner with other departments to investigate failures and help prevent future damage.
• Share repair techniques, troubleshooting tips, and best practices with teammates.
• Maintain and inspect repair equipment, including soldering irons, heat guns, oscilloscopes, and other specialized tools.
• Read circuit diagrams, analyze wiring, and work with ICs, chips, and a variety of electronic components.
• Take on additional projects and support the team as needed.
