Job summary

TMD Staffing is hiring an experienced Repair Technician for a growing electronics manufacturing company in the Rio Grande Valley. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering pay starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities include soldering and de-soldering SMT and through-hole components, repairing PCBA/electronic assemblies, reading BOMs and drawings, and following IPC standards while maintaining a clean work environment. English required; bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year PCBA/electronics manufacturing experience.
• Soldering and rework experience.
• IPC knowledge and standards familiarity.
• English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Location: Rio Grande Valley, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
