Job summary

Blue Ocean Inc. is seeking a hands-on Hardware Technician to join our North America team based in Irving, Texas. The role involves testing and repairing laptops and desktops, diagnosing hardware issues, and performing assembly/disassembly with care.

You will support product inspection and verification while following established procedures. We value detail-oriented individuals who can lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn new repair and diagnostic skills.

• Some experience with PC assembly/disassembly preferred.
• Willing to learn repair and diagnostic skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing and repairing Laptops and Desktops

2. Identify hardware-related issues and replace defective components when needed

3. Disassembling and reassembling computers and related devices

4. Assist with product inspection, testing, and functional verification

5. Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible with hands-on tasks
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer components
• Some experience with PC assembly/disassembly preferred
• Willing to learn repair and diagnostic skills
• Able to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
