Job summary

BlueStar is seeking a hardware technician responsible for basic assembly and disassembly of computer hardware, with working knowledge of desktop computers and mobile OS. The role requires lifting up to 50lbs and operates Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with overtime, offering a complete benefits package.

The candidate should be able to repair and process RMAs as assigned and have general computer hardware experience, with optional technical certifications.

Qualifications

• Familiar with using hand tools.
• Must be able to stand and walk entire shift.
• Does repair and process RMA's as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• General computer hardware experience.
• Technical Certifications a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble computer hardware as required.
• Work with desktops and mobile operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS).
• Assist with hardware configuration where needed.
