Job summary

Blue Ocean Inc. is a North America–based third-party service provider offering fulfillment, warehousing, technical support, and logistics for online retailers. This role focuses on receiving, storing, and tracking computer parts to support the supply chain.

You will handle inbound and outbound parts, perform monthly inventory audits, and use Excel and PDA devices to maintain accurate data. Strong organization, clear communication, and teamwork are essential to ensure parts are available where

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound parts: receive and log parts from purchases and disassembled computers.
• Manage outbound parts: supply to the customization department, fulfill sales, send parts to other locations, and provide for repair needs.
• Inventory control: perform monthly audits to keep inventory accurate and organized.
• Data and storage management: use Excel and PDA devices to track parts volume and organize storage for easy access.
• Communicate effectively: keep in touch with the purchasing department and ensure proper arrangement of incoming and delivering parts.

Key Responsibilities:
