Job summary

Blue Ocean Inc. is seeking a hands-on technician to support laptop and desktop repairs at their Texas location. You'll be responsible for testing, identifying hardware issues, and assisting in product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in PC hardware, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Benefits include company group medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer components.
• Willing to learn repair and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Testing and repairing Laptops and Desktops.
• Identify hardware-related issues and replace defective components.
• Disassembling and reassembling computers and related devices.
• Assist with product inspection, testing, and functional verification.
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Testing and repairing Laptops and Desktops

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible with hands-on tasks
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer components
• Some experience with PC assembly/disassembly preferred
• Willing to learn repair and diagnostic skills
• Able to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
