JOB SUMMARY

This Supervisor position provides leadership and oversight for planning, scheduling, and coordinating work activities in the Storeroom and Power Delivery team. Responsibilities include managing Repair Shop material inventory, conducting inventory audits, and documenting processes related to single-phase equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High School Diploma required
• Technical degree or extensive experience preferred

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and understanding of IBEW and local craft labor contracts
• Knowledge of and compliance with GAP61 procedure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and MAXIMO
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate to achieve organizational goals
• Decision-making skills with a strategic vision for the Repair Shop
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; commitment to Our Values behaviors
• Availability to support 24/7 operations, including holidays, nights, and weekends as needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members
• Manage Repair Shop storerooms 19930, 19940, and 19950 in accordance with GAP61 procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Handle shipping and receiving of materials
• Process desktop requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices
• Ensure accurate documentation and processing of single-phase equipment
• Develop, implement, and track work plans and schedules
• Support other Repair Shop departments as needed
• Participate in weekly planning meetings
• Foster a team-oriented environment emphasizing communication and customer support
• Conduct and document Connected Conversations with employees
