Job Description Position Summary The Renovation & Repair Foreman is a journey-level skilled trades professional responsible for performing and coordinating renovation, repair, and maintenance work in multi-unit residential and light commercial facilities. This position serves as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, planning support, and training to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards. Work is performed under the direction of an area supervisor and supports the mission of Housing & Dining Facilities.
