Job summary

SIXT USA is seeking a Repair Manager to lead a fleet maintenance team, oversee vendor relationships, and drive efficient fleet operations. The role offers a base salary and bonus potential, with opportunities for growth and development.

You will oversee maintenance workflows, collaborate with branch operations, and monitor KPIs while ensuring compliance with standards and cost targets. A strong leadership style and hands-on knowledge of vehicle systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, fleet maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, collision repair and systems.
• Leadership and communication skills with ability to influence and decide independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting and de-fleeting activities to ensure standards and cost efficiency.
• Manage vendor selection and coordination for maintenance and related services.
• Ensure adherence to policies and quality standards through monitoring and inspections.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and report KPIs to Regional Fleet Manager.
• Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution
• You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services
• You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections
• You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators
• You provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience and Education You have at least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred. ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus
• Technical and Organizational Skills You have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components, along with excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure
• Leadership and Decision-Making You possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions
• Technology and Travel Requirements You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, can travel up to 20% (including air travel), and work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts
• Work Authorization and Age Requirement You are at least 21 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to work 40 hours per week
