Job summary

SIXT in the United States seeks a Regional Fleet Support professional to coordinate local Repair Managers and centralized teams, ensuring adherence to SIXT repair guidelines region-wide.

You will drive daily productivity, identify regional fleet opportunities with the GM, and communicate repair trends to Headquarters for process rollout.

The role offers a base salary of $72,500 plus an annual bonus up to $40,000, a company car, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local Repair Managers and centralized teams for optimal performance.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for coordinating both local Repair Managers and centralized teams at Headquarters for optimal performance
• You drive daily productivity with the region and communicate with the GM to identify fleet opportunities and fleet team development
• You will communicate all repair trends and seek support with the RFD or other departments when additional support is needed
• You will be heavily involved in the rollout and implementation of new processes, procedures/standards as determined by Headquarters
• You will assist with any special projects as required by business needs (e.g. Cobra elimination)
• You will support Bonus Relevant KPI performance metrics (Repair Duration, Cost)

• Work Hours & Travel You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
• Uniform & Language You are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus
