Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with repair/development experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong technical fundamentals and project leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop repair and inspection technologies for new capabilities.
• Qualify and industrialize new repair/inspection processes.
• Own and execute program deliverables for transition to repair facilities.
• Work across engineering, manufacturing, and engine assembly teams.
• Track and communicate schedule and cost; identify risks and options.
• Resolve technical issues with guidance from senior engineers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and drive outcomes.
• Interface with customers and GE stakeholders to ensure alignment.
