Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Repair Coordinator for an on-site role in Lanham, MD. The position involves billing, packaging, and shipping customer-owned devices within a depot environment while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of equipment, and communicate with external customers such as police departments and public safety entities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing, packaging, shipping/receiving, or related operations.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Suite.
• Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems/databases simultaneously.
• Customer service experience and professional communication with external customers.
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce and Dialpad preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bill, package, and ship customer-owned devices within a technical depot environment.
• Process and track returned equipment with accurate documentation across systems.
• Coordinate with internal report depot, service, and shipping/receiving teams for efficiency.
• Communicate with external customers including police, emergency response, and public safety.
• Maintain detailed records and provide timely status updates on equipment, repairs, and shipments.
• Lift up to 30–35 lbs as needed.

We are currently seeking a Repair Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lanham, MD.

Job Description

• Pay: $23/hr (W2)
• Must be cleared to work in an ITAR facility
• Assignment is approximately 2 ½ - 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business need
• Onsite in Lanham, MD
• You will be responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer-owned two-way radio communication devices within a technical depot environment
• Process and track returned equipment while maintaining accurate documentation across multiple systems and databased
• Coordinate with internal report depot, service, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure equipment is processed efficiently
• Communicate with external customers, including police departments, emergence response organizations, and public safety customers
• Maintain details records and provide timely status updates regarding equipment, repairs, and shipments
• Life up to 30-35 lbs as needed
• This is a technical depot repair support position, not a traditional warehouse role

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with billing, packaging, shipping/receiving, inventory coordination, or similar operational processes
• Minimum typing speed of 30WPM
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite
• Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems and databases simultaneously
• Customer service experience and ability to communication professionally with external customers
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Dialpad is preferred
